I don't work with descriptions for regular art, make sure to have a clear unshaded fullbody reference of your character when commissioning me.

Please ensure it's convenient to contact you when commissioning me, I will be sending WIPs and asking for your opinion throughout the process. Use this time to request edits or changes, as I will not be changing anything once the commission is finished.

Once I finish your commission it is complete and I will not make any more changes. You are free to ask for small edits such as minor marking changes but past that I will not work on your commission any longer.

Art can take from 4 days up to 3 months. You are free to ask for WIPs and updates occasionally but do not rush me. If you do so I will cancel your commission and refund you.

I do not work with deadlines. Do not commission me if you want it to be done by a certain date.

Please note that my art style tends to be fairly inconsistent and experimental, my art will not always look the same and if this is something that may bother you, I recommend finding a different artist to commission.

I reserve the right to decline any commission without giving a reason.

I can accept payment through Cashapp, Paypal, or Ko-fi. If there's an alternative you'd like to pay with (ex: game currency, gift cards, vouchers, etc.) please message me saying so and we can discuss it!

Full payment must be sent upfront, I will not begin working on your commission until it's paid!

I DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS! Please be certain you want to commission me before doing so. The only exception to this is if I find myself unable to complete your commission.

Under no circumstances are you allowed to trace, recolor, copy, or claim my art as your own. You may use my art as a reference, but please do not post your drawing publicly, unless you're crediting me for the reference art! I'd prefer if you didn't reference commissions, anything else is fine though!

Only the commissioner or owner of the character and I may use any commissioned work. Do not use my art if it wasn't made for you.

Commissioned work may be used for any non-commercial use. Please make sure to credit or link back to one of my socials when using it!

I reserve the right to post any commissioned works on social media as well as use them as examples or to promote myself. If for any reason you don't want me to post the art, please say so before commissioning me.

Please do not make edits to my work, if there's something you'd like changed, please just message me! If it's a minor edit, I'll do it for you.

You may not use my art for NFTs, uploading to AI sites, or to promote hateful content.

Once you obtain one of my designs you are free to make any changes you wish, however, the character must stay recognizable and the original design must stay attached to the character.

Designs posted on Toyhou.se must stay on Toyhou.se. Do not delete them or trade them to people on other sites. If I find out you've done this, you will be blacklisted.

Do not add rules that restrict the usage of my designs to second-hand owners. (Ex: only trade back to me, etc.)

As of 7/15/22, please do not use my designs in any closed species. Designs made before this date or made by me explicitly for a species are fine to exist.
